Refund policy

We check all products before they ship to ensure we catch any manufacturing faults before the products go out. We don't offer any refunds, however, we want to assist and ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and let's see how we can assist.

We charge a 15% restocking fee of any returned items. This will be either 15% of your total order or of the items returned. We do not provide refunds on returned items, you will only receive credit towards your next purchase less the 15% restocking fee.

Returns are not available for wheels or tyres that have been fitted, in accordance with our suppliers' policies.

To start the return process, you can contact us at info@dkmfabrication.co.nz. If your return is accepted. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), where items has been fitted that shows any signs of wear and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued with a gift card that can be used for you next purchase.
