SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (subject to manufacturing times which are specified on applicable products) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that PowerTune Digital and some Turbosmart products (depending on NZ-stock levels) are shipped from Australia so these may take a few extra days.  
Sikky Manufacturing products are on a special order basis, and you will be invoiced for the freight amount (ex-USA) once they provide us with the shipping quote.

Local delivery

For orders over $100, free local delivery is available for orders within a 10km radius of Waimauku.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. Not all products are available for this option due to stock held off-site, as these will be shipped to you directly.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup on certain products. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Not all products are available for this option due to stock held off-site, as these will be shipped to you directly.

International Shipping

Though we have not set up international shipping on this site, we can quote for this on a case by case basis - please reach out to us via our contact page (please specify your address & the product) and we will be happy to quote this for you.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dkmfabrication.co.nz with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
