Join us for a swap-meet dedicated to classic Japanese cars and parts on 31 October 2026. Whether you've got a hoard of parts to clear out, hunting for an elusive headlight, looking to buy or sell a project car or simply want to admire some well-loved classic Japanese (1970's - 2000) cars, this is the event for you.

We welcome traders with classic Japanese car parts, project cars, memorabilia and related items. Seller spots are for those who are clearing their parts out, and we also have a Vendor village for trade stands & pop-up retail. This event will showcase a wide range of classic Japanese vehicles, from iconic sports cars, restored gems, to reliable workhorses and everything in between. With a range of award categories to appreciate the array of epic vehicles we will see on the day. To enter for the car show, apply using this link

The JDM-swap meet offers a unique opportunity to find those parts that you don’t find listed on trademe or marketplace, connect with friends & experts and enjoy a day immersed in car culture with like-minded enthusiasts. 

FAQS

What kind of cars are you accepting for the show

We would love to see anything that isn't at your usual meet - welcoming Japanese cars from the 1960's to the year 2000. There is plenty of general parking available within the venue so bring your ride along and check out the show even if you aren't one of the entries

For the swap-meet, I've got other car parts, can I bring those too?

Yes of course. Although this event is geared towards pre-2000s Japanese cars, like any swap-meet you are welcome to bring along whatever items you have and they might find a new home

Can I pair up with a buddy and share a swap-site?

Yes, up to 3 people can share a spot if you can fit your parts laid out there, just two people get the free entry though, so grab any additional entry tickets at the gate

How will people pay me for parts?

We will encourage shoppers to bring cash, but they might find something they weren't expecting to budget for so you might find it handy to print out your bank account details to accept transfers.
