Swap-site registration

Join us to clear out your garage of collected parts & pieces, get your storage space back and make a few dollars from the 'junk' you've accumulated over the years.
To book a trader site at the JDM-swap on 8th November 2025 at the Kumeu Showgrounds, please fill in the form below.

You will get free admission for 1x person per swap site (pack-in from 7am)

FAQS

Q - I've got other car type parts too, can I bring those?
A - Yes, although this event is geared towards pre-2000s Japanese cars, like any swap meet you're welcome to bring along whatever items you have. 

Q - Can I pair up with a buddy and share a spot?
A - Yes, up to 3 people can share a spot if you can fit your parts laid out there, just one person gets the free entry though, so grab any additional entry tickets here. 

Q - How will people pay me for parts?
A - We will encourage shoppers to bring cash, but they might find something they weren't expecting to budget for so you might find it handy to print out your bank account details to accept transfers.

The options we have available are:
Swap-site (6m x 3m)
Enough space for an ezy-up or a trailer for your project and / parts! $50.00

Retail vendor / trade stand fee (6m x 6m)
Set up your spot in our vendor village, sites are non-powered (please reach out if you need power arranged) $100.00
 
A reminder this event is geared towards pre-2000s Japanese vehicles, bring all the parts you've been collecting for 20 years that you no longer need, but a reminder that if you don't sell it you'll need to take it home again - we don't want to dispose of your unwanted items either!
